Our position
Vertex IPTV does not host, upload or store any media files. We provide access to third-party streams and have no control over the content those sources transmit.
Filing a notice
Send copyright complaints to vertexiptv.official@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice".
Include: identification of the copyrighted work, the exact stream or channel name concerned, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, a statement that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
Valid notices are reviewed within 48 hours. Where a complaint is substantiated, we remove the relevant stream from our line-up and notify the upstream provider.
Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with an explanation and your contact details.
