Free trial first
We offer a free trial to every new customer specifically so you can test stability and the channel list on your own connection before paying.
When we issue a refund
If a technical fault on our side prevents you from streaming and our support team cannot resolve it within 48 hours of your first report, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
When we cannot refund
Refunds are not available for a slow or unstable internet connection, an unsupported device, a change of mind after activation, a specific channel or event becoming unavailable, or accounts suspended for breaching our terms.
Renewals and bonus months included with promotional plans are non-refundable once activated.
How to request
Email vertexiptv.official@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your account email and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
