By purchasing or using a Vertex IPTV subscription you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be 18 years or older to hold an account.

Your credentials are for your household only. Sharing, reselling or publishing your login details is not permitted and may result in suspension without refund.

Streaming on more devices at once than your plan allows will temporarily block the connection.

We aim for continuous availability, but streams depend on your internet connection and on upstream sources. Short interruptions, maintenance windows and channel line-up changes can occur.

We do not guarantee that any specific channel or event will remain available for the duration of your plan.

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer it, or redistribute any content received through it.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses our support team, or attempts fraudulent payments.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
